Since 2003, SIA frame houses group has been producing prefabricated wooden frame houses according to German technology on German equipment. Our trademark has become impeccable quality and industrial precision of constructions, their high energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
Production of movable turn-key houses ready for installation and connection is our new project, which allows our customers to get a modern and comfortable home in a matter of months even in remote wilderness areas. However, our houses can also be installed within the city, if a suitable site can be found for them.
The house models below are available with optional extras to expand the range of options available to you. Choose what your personal territory of comfort and coziness will be!
SECURING
The first phase is to securely attach the ropes to the crane beams as well as the house's metal hinges.
LIFTING
The next step is lifting the house from both ends with crane beams and forklifts.
PLACING
The loading phase is concluded by placing the house on the platform ready do be shipped.
DISPATCH
Firstly, we dispatch the house from our factory, ensuring the house is securely attached.
TRAVEL
The house then follows a special well-planned route that considers its size and weight.
ARRIVAL
Finally, the house arrives on your prepared site, where a crane is ready to put it into place.
SECURING
Similarly to the loading phase the house is attached by ropes to a heavy-duty crane.
PLACEMENT
With the help and guidance of a professional crew the house is then placed on the foundation.
DISCONNECTION
Lastly, we remove the ropes and ensure it is ready for further connection to the exterior services.
